TITLE: AUTOMATIC BREAD BAKING DEVICE AND MIXING BAG THEREFOR

Abstract:

The present invention relates to an automatic bread baking device and a mixing bag
therefor. The automatic bread baking device comprises a top and a bottom holding
units, a station, two kneading units, a reciprocating unit, and a hating unit. The top
and the bottom holding units are fixed to one end of the mix bag including a cake base
material and capable of sealing flexibly. The station, which prepares and bakes the
cake base material, comprises all of two slits in a top part and a bottom part so that the
mixing bag can pass through the station. Each of the slits is formed by two adjoining
additional member sets. All of two kneading units in a top part and bottom part knead
mechanically the cake base material in the mixing bag. The reciprocating unit
reciprocates relatively between the mixing bag and the station. The heating unit in at
least one of sides of the station bakes the kneaded cake base.
